In Spring 2019 I designed, curated and moderated a team empowerment day for the Management Team of Schiphol Airport Retail (SAR) in request of their Retail Director Micheline . Goal was to inspire and empower the team to raise the bar for themselves and their teams and discover their power ánd soft skills.
We started at The Embassy of the Free Mind at Keizersgracht, where co-owner Esther Ritman and me took the group on an inspirational spiritual journey. For some balance and connecting mind and body, I involved MMA fighter Denise Kiehlholz to kick some ass!
